The Group
Behind the
Project.

A collection of specialist companies built on experience, trust and the drive to deliver New Zealand's most complex projects.

Our story

Built from
the ground up.

BTB Group is a leading civil construction company operating across a wide spectrum of civil infrastructure projects. At its core is a group of friends bonded through the highs and lows of running construction projects — between the team, there isn't a job they haven't done before.

We're known for our ability to deliver high-spec projects in complex and live environments. With a people-first approach and an aptitude for problem solving — when customers need something quickly, and when it's complex with a fixed end date, they come to us.

With leaders across the teams, you'll be sure to find your next delivery partner within the group. From earthworks and three waters to solar farm EPC and engineering consultancy.

Phil Giddens
Operations Manager

Phil
Giddens.

Phil Giddens joins BTB Group as Operations Manager, bringing more than 30 years of experience across New Zealand's civil construction sector. Over a long career he has worked on, alongside, and helped deliver projects the length of the industry.

His approach has been built the old-fashioned way — on hard work, results and relationships. In a sector that moves at pace, where deadlines are tight and pressure is constant, Phil is known as someone who simply gets the job done.

At BTB Group, Phil focuses on delivering quality projects and building genuine partnerships — collaborating across the industry and keeping delivery on time and on budget front of mind.

03
Fixed-Date Proven
When the deadline is immovable, BTB Group is the partner you want. Our track record on time-critical projects speaks for itself.
04
